Welcome to The Indoor Jungle! We’re so glad you’re here. Before submitting a listing, please take a moment to read these terms. By submitting content to The Indoor Jungle, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Who Can Submit

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Listings should be UK-based.

2. Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for making sure your listing is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Any photos, descriptions, or content you submit must be your own, or you must have permission to use them.

3. What You Can’t Post

We want The Indoor Jungle to stay safe and welcoming. Please don’t submit:

• Illegal, dangerous, or invasive plants
• Offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Spam or duplicate listings

4. How Transactions Work

The Indoor Jungle is a showcase and connection hub. Buyers and sellers arrange sales, swaps, or collections directly with each other.

• We do not process payments, shipping, or deliveries.
• We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations, or problems between members. Please use good judgment and communicate clearly.

5. Moderation

We may edit, hide, or remove listings at our discretion if they don’t follow these terms or fit the spirit of our community.

6. Fees

If any listing or membership fees apply, these will always be made clear before you submit.

7. Liability

By using The Indoor Jungle, you agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues that result from using the platform.

8. Event Listings

You can also submit plant-related events, such as workshops, plant swaps, markets, fairs, or online gatherings. Before submitting an event, please make sure to:

1. Provide Accurate Details
   • Include the event date and time (and end time if applicable).
   • Specify the location or online link.
   • Include costs (free, donation, or ticket price).
   • List the event type (workshop, swap, market, online, etc.).
2. Optional Attributes (to help attendees)
   • Organiser name and contact info
   • Age suitability
   • Maximum capacity
   • Accessibility info (parking, wheelchair access, etc.)
   • Any facilities available (refreshments, seating, etc.)
3. Your Responsibility
   • You must ensure all event details are accurate and up to date.
   • Any links or promotional material must be yours or used with permission.
4. Attendee Arrangements
   • The Indoor Jungle is a connection hub, not a ticketing platform.
   • You are responsible for handling RSVPs, bookings, payments, and attendee communication.

By submitting an event, you agree to provide clear, honest information and help make the plant community a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable space.
